Swadling Brassware products are guaranteed for 2 years Parts and Labour plus 3 years Parts* from the date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship. During the initial 2 year period it will be repaired or have parts replaced at the discretion of the Company free of charge and during the extended 3 year period, parts only replaced provided that:
- The original purchaser completes and returns to Swadling Brassware the guarantee registration form within 30 days of installation of the product and the fault, complaint or defect is notified to Swadling Brassware within 30 days of the fault occurring.
- The product or any parts are returned to Swadling Brassware with evidence of the purchase date.
- The product has been purchased by or for the users for normal domestic use and not commercial use and was not purchased ex-showroom display.
- The product has not been misused or handled carelessly, and has not been wilfully damaged,
neglected or used in abnormal conditions. - The product has not been modified, altered or transformed in any way and repairs have not been attempted other than by staff or dealers authorised by Swadling Brassware. The guarantee will be valid only if installation, use and maintenance has been carried out in accordance with installation instructions.
- Fair wear and tear of the product and build-up of limescale and mildew is excluded from the
guarantee. - No labour costs will be reimbursed under this guarantee unless prior agreement has been
obtained from Swadling Brassware in writing. - The benefit of this guarantee cannot be assigned.
- This guarantee does not cover any rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.
- This guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory right as a
consumer in any way whatsoever.
* Gold and Nickel plated parts are guaranteed for the initial 2 year period only. Living Finishes are not covered by the Guarantee.
