When a bathroom is designed properly, it feels effortless. Surfaces sit quietly in balance, light moves around the room, and every interaction – the turn of a handle, the weight of a handset, the control of temperature – is calm and precise.
These two beautiful projects, designed and supplied by Bathroom and Kitchen Eleven in Surbiton, show how to achieve that harmony with Swadling Brassware.
Ben, Adam, Alex and their team recommend Swadling Brassware to their clients across Surrey and South West London, because in their words “it’s not about following trends. It’s about choosing pieces that will still feel considered in ten years’ time, and that reward daily use with genuine quality.”
Wimbledon: Classic structure with a contemporary calm
In this period Wimbledon property, Bathroom and Kitchen Eleven created a traditional room which still offered contemporary comfort.
Our Invincible brassware in polished chrome was the natural choice.
The chrome finish looks crisp and relevant, and the white ceramic indices add an authentic, heritage note. From basin taps to shower controls, the brassware makes the room feel complete: tactile, precise, and quietly luxurious in daily use.
The result is a bathroom that feels settled and elegant, built for real family life.
Hampton Hill: Maximum Impact in a Small En-Suite
Compact spaces demand confidence.
A contrasting bold black and white marble scheme sets the stage. Our Illustrious range in brushed gold brings warmth and glamour with a distinctly Art Deco edge.
Detailed with black glass indices, the brassware ensures that every tactile area of the space feels luxurious to use.
It’s a small room, but nothing feels compromised – every interaction is considered.
Why Swadling works in high-end residential design
In both bathrooms, our brassware plays the same role: it brings assurance. Not just in appearance, but in how the room performs over time.
When you invest in a complete renovation, you want fixtures that feel substantial, respond beautifully, and continue to look pristine as the rest of the home evolves.
Bathroom and Kitchen Eleven are an expert Swadling Brassware stockist. They manage the full process – design, supply, installation and aftercare – providing peace of mind and a stunning end result.
